Money withdrawn card cancelled

I went to draw money from my account no money and card never came out never moved from the machine as worried about my card disgusted no numbers on atm so called family members to get the number 0860102043 cancelled card never moved from the atm from there the call centre assistant transferred me to get a new card issued.

Once card was cancelled and said re-issued only then did I move from the ATM as it was safe because card was cancelled, went to Alberton City branch and collected my card there was no mention of my funds so went to check outside by the atm and showed no money in my account, hows this possible my money was in the care of Capitec were did it go I want my money.

Disgusted and dihartened how do I feed my child this month and get to work please please
