Wrong acc. opened and I must fix it

I opened a SAVINGS acc online because it was supposed to be quick and easy - it was not and took forever to get my card... then I find out FNB opened a CHEQUE acc for me instead - I don't want one that is why I opened a SAVINGS account!!! The call centre says I must go into the branch to fix it... mreally, at the end of the month and those queues to fix YOUR messup??!!! You may be "the most innovative bank in the world" but u cannot even get the basics right and don't have the decency to pick up a phone and apologise and sort this out! If I do have to go into the branch it will be to cancel this acc and go to your competitors... so much for the great service of FNB!!!
