Cannot believe the disgusting service from FNB

So three weeks later this has still not been sorted out as per my previous complaints. My student loan has not been loaded and once again i have to speak to so many people and resend the documents. My fee's are due tomorrow and i am told this morning by the lady that supposedly was holding and processing this application i need to call another number as she does personal loans and not student loans.
Really cannot believe how pathethic and useless this bank is... ever worse than ABSA

And as for the complaints department this goes to, responding as you by giving me a reference number does not help as no one knows anything about it... How about calling me and speaking to me and not taking the easy way out...
Once again thanks FNB... for all the time wasted over the last month on this!!!
