I agreed to be insured with Prime meridian as of the 27th of March 2013
I spoke to Kagiso who told me that should I change my mind I could call her back. This agreement took place today (30th of January 2013).

I discovered that Prime meridian does not offer comprehensive car insurance as my confirmation sms... read that I had just signed up for total loss cover.

On discovering this I phoned Kagiso and was told she was on lunch. This was around 12pm. I left a message and was told she would call back. At about 2pm when she wasn't calling back I tried to get a hold of her again. I was told she was busy, asked several people to help and I kept being transfered from one agent to another... eventually reaching some other office where the lady had no clue of what I wanted, told me to call the call centre number again.

I finally called again and I spoke to Duncan who told me that we would send me a cancellation sms as soon as I dropped the phone. I would than have to reply to the sms and would than have successfully cancelled the policy. Three hours later I'm still waiting. It's 5pm now and I reached voice mail.
