Still waiting for my personal loan

If you have seen the Capfin/Pep ad, they are without a doubt talking about FNB!
I've been waiting for a week for my loan to be paid out, but instead there is always a document missing. Beats me why was I not told to submit all these documents at once, instead of sending me back and forth. And the funny part is that the loan amount keeps on reducing each time I submit a document. I wouldn't be surprised if next time they ask me to submit proof of my height and weight, and then tell me I'm too short to get a loan!
Reality is I am already regretting starting this process with them and turning down other banks. Even worse I am utterly ashamed to think that I am actually banking with them.

Please consider other banks for your loan, "because life is too short to go to FNB"!
