I lodge a claim of vehicle. I felt stressed and ready to fight with whomever were going to be on the other side of the line. My attitude is based on past experiences with call centers. To my astonishment the person Ashraf Salie) on the other side of the line was in the same city as me (Cape Town) could relate to my explanation because he knows my culture and had the most fantastic personality and attitude. I do not know what the outcome will be of my claim but one thing is certain, This call center experience will be marked in my mind for years to come. I had to phone him again to ask a question and I thought to myself this time I will have a problem reaching the same consultant again I was astonished not only did the second consultant (Theo Sameuls) that I spoke to knew details of the claim but he could see that Ashraf was busy on his line and are unable to take my call. Again this one also had a fantastic attitude. In conclusion I want to congratulate Auto & General on the people skills of their employees, they make you feel like you are talking to a friend.
