The true meaning of bending backwards

Any company that wishes to remain futuristic with the times and maintain competitiveness in the market place, requires dynamic employees that can change with the times, make effective decisions and most importantly satisfy the customer. I have had a chat today with two retention's department personnel. the first one was all talk, quoting company policies but no gumption. the second person, Zernobie Khoza, is in my humble opinion a perfect employee. WHY: Zernobie Khoza convinced me never to leave Outsurance as long as she is there. HOW: By making it matter where it counts, human relations and my wallet. Any company would be lucky to have such an employee and may you prosper.
