Negligent Lying Financial Advisors

My complaint is not directly to Momentum but their brokers. Momentum needs to be more vigilant when deciding who can put their names below the Momentum logo on their business cards. Clearly Monica and Schalk Duvenage from Emenes Consultancy think that when dealing with other people's finances, no amount of care is required from them. They were extremely accommodating when trying to get my business but once they had it they treated my investments as though they were of no importance. As a result, my investments were not managed properly and unbeknown to me, when I needed the money, the funds were not available as they were not invested. They then promised to pay me back for the damages which I suffered and at a later date changed their tune. Their behaviour has been unacceptable to say the least and I have lost some faith in Momentum's trustworthiness if anyone can just print momentum cards with their names pasted on it.
