Very efficient

Firstly, I would like to compliment OnePlan Medical Insurance as a company, as I have always received good, efficient service. However, recently, while trying to add a dependent to my policy as well as get a membership confirmation letter, I spoke to no less than 4 operators, explained the situation as many times and had no success. Until I spoke to Masechaba Mataboge which assisted very well with the service I required as well as sent me the necessary documents I required, all in the same day. I am guessing the other operators/agents I spoke to simply heard what I had to say and just never followed up with what I required, there was actually an operator that hung up the phone, but I believe it was accidentally. I want to thank Masechaba for providing me with great service and hope to either have her assist me again or have an operator/agent as pleasant as she was.
