They tried - but failed

I have had several dealings with the Client Services, where, to be honest they actually tried hard to assist. The problem seems to be that it moves to another person/division and then no further info.

So I know have to insist that I get personal treatment - 1 person that will respond to my correspondence and answer my questions.
