Spoke to Noelan from Outsurance this morning, and I cannot think of one bad/wrong thing he said. The service was excellent, his selling skills-over and above excellent but most of all, he made me feel like I am his friend and not just a "lead"!! We need more people like him answering phones and making calls to the rest of SA :)
