NO SMS WHEN Money is withdrawn

I went to Standard bank more than 5 times till date for them to be sending me a notification text when money gets withdrawn. From my account. But their Incompetents of doing so is driving me nuts!!! They have no idea about customer service>>>> I spoke to Thoriso Mattiubedi on Friday the 16th again I was told the will get back to me by 9 o'clock this morning it has not happen.

Should I draw my money and go to FNB???
