FNB considers Me and my Business a Joke

To date it has costed me R500 in calls and petrol just to get FNB to assist me in a Business loan. It all started at the Hyde Park Branch who has half their Bank for Relationship Banking with no Staff to assist me. I was told to go to Melrose Arch, upon reaching there I was told that the person was on leave, I then was told that my relationship Manager sits at the Sandton Branch, a Mr Dave Routlage, i was prudent enough to ask for an Email to be sent, apparently a client must set up an appointment. Emails was sent. Its now a week and a half that has lapsed with no one calling me back about a way forward. This kind of service just, how can a bank thats says its serious about customer service treat its clients in this unprofessional manner. So from Hyde park to Melrose to Sandton and still no service or way forward, this is what FNB's service levels are about. Extremely disgusted and disappointed by the service levels and about to move my sole prop to another bank that appreciates it Clients.
