Home Loan Application not responded to

My wife applied for a homeloan, and she got a decline system response that doesnt provide reasons for declination. She has tried to follow up, but does not get any proper response. She then physically handed in the forms at the woodmead branch and she still has not received a response on her homeloan application.

According to her calculation, she can afford the repayments to the loan, and has supplied all required documentation to this effect
