Non payment of pension fund

In the year 2012 I applied for my funds withdrawal at their head office.i was promised the fund would pay in 6 weeks.i supplied them with all the requirements.i have been waiting ever since the time.when I went back I was told to wait as the claim was in process.their agents are not helping at all .i have been to their offices 3 times now but to no avail
