Clientelle not paying claims

I was admitted to hospital with Bronchitis and treated with antibiotics, cortisone and nebulizing by a physician., after being ill for 10 days However when I tried to make a claim against my plan was told there is not enough proof that I needed to be admitted or that the diagnosis is correct and if they don't have enough evidence they don't have to pay out And this is not even one of the high value plans that advertise to pay R5000 a day I had to incur costs to have all their numerous documents filled out by GP and physician
