Hollard Insurance
Getting the runaround

Called Hollard Insurance yesterday to cancel the insurance i have on my car and get refunded for the monies already paid to them for the month of November.
Consultant that i spoke to then tells me i have to fax a written letter telling the reasons why i want to do this and if the car has been sold the person buying the car needs to write a letter and confirm purchase of the car.
Why? it is my car and i can do with the insurance and the car just what i want i have paid for it. I feel that this is a delaying tactic and waste my time for them to be able to refund me for less as the procedure will take forever! i want my insurance cancelled and refunded TODAY!

Hollard has got no idea how to treat customers an i will never recommend you to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
