Since I have been with miway this lady has been expectational willing to help and with accurate and more efficient ability to deliver in time with the best information. The is no day where I will be kept on hold for no reason of whatsoever but she'l make sure that she returns her call and give the best out of what she is feed backing to you, all the time when I have to contact my wiway trust me. I spoke to several call centre agents and none of them puts effort like her. I remember speaking to malebo, bongani whom kept me on hold till my ear turned blue and still couldn't't help and never came back to me.
