Fraudelent business account

We have been victims of a account in our business name. email was sent out to our clients that our banking details have been changed.money have been paid into this account and was drawn out this account. only thing is what I want to know is how we stop this. and how could they open a business account without documentation such as financial statement, ck documents, id's of directors exc and how wdo we get this to stop and how do we get this. I did not get any help from bank side when I phoned the line the only thing they could tell me was the money was drawn. was this drawn over counter maybe with surveillance camera or what or where and how.account number mentioned in details provided that is secure.
