I was totally impressed by two of your staffers, Nokuthula Mndebele and Themba Gumbi (Cresta Branch), who assisted a couple of customers, most of whom did not know how to use the ATM, after knocking off. These guys had already knocked off and did not have to do it but they assisted customers and even waited for an old lady who was far back in the queue. Their service did not go unnoticed and even though I was not the one needing assistance, I still appreciated their awesome service.

These guys lived up to your motto "How can we help you" and it was heartwarming. Cresta is my branch and I must say that every time I've been there, I've always received awesome service from all your staff. Appreciate them and take care of them because they're your greatest assets.
