Daylight on loan settlement

A daylight by capitec bank. Doesn't want to loosen a grip when one needs to go free.
I just settled a personal loan but few minutes then it appears that i still owe on a very same settled loan.

This is a not good. Even after trying to convince them that i am over indebted, they can't help by want to enslave me even further.
I just paid R45 065.45 to settle a loan but soon i'm told that i still owe R289.12.

This is the unprofessional.
