FNB R17000 WITHOUT MY CONSENT

At 2pm on the 30th of October 2013, an amount of 17 115.77 was debited from my account, without my consent in any form. After phoning the callcentre, i was informed that this was taken by FNB internally, I went into Menlyn Square branch this morning, only to find out that FNB Legal was collecting these funds due to a loan of R15000 that I took out in 2005!!! 8 years ago. R21000 was already paid on that loan thorugh FNB and various outsourced companies.
1. FNB has in no way or form the right to take my money without my consent or a court order.
2. The authorising individual shall be held accountable for.
3. I am referring this matter to the ombudsman, opening a case of against FNB and will continue posting 12 posts on various social platforms, daily, until this is resolved and my money returned.
