I dealt with Lerato Moloi my claim 138730 refers.

I have never experienced such efficient service, professionalism, politeness, competence, well spoken, understanding, gee I don't know how to express myself, she is just awesome!!!

As I have never claimed from Discovery before, I was expecting the usual holding on forever, taking my details and waiting for ages for a response. What a surprise when she phoned me back with each update, no matter the time of the feedback. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and resolved any concern I had.

If I could rate her a 20 out of 10 I would, but I have not yet received a rating email for her. I do not remember speaking to the person in the email below, therefore cannot do a rating.

Please pass on my gratitude to Lerato and she is truly an asset to your team.
