Steve ad on the radio

After months of listerning to "steve"ads on the radio my son tried to open a account with FNB on line. in one of the ads FNB stated that i takes nine and a half minutes to open an account and your card is deliverd to you well it is now day three and all he has recieved is an sms asking him to call for assistance, no account no card.
it took me almost 40minutes to open my account in the branch so i dont se how it can be done in less than 10 minutes on line
