I havent recieved my money since 01Jan2012

I deposited an amount of R1025 at an ABSA cash accepting ATM but inserted the omey in the wrong slot. As a result the ATM gave back the the R9025 but the remaining amount R100 got stuck in the machine. I logged a compalint recieved case refernce number:1636910 but till today have not recieved my money and left their bank. So dissapointed in ABSA and Cynthia Ntomboxol Mbe.
