Unauthorized Debit Orders on My FNB Account

I have just noticed that there's debit orders of about R38 & R48 going off from my FNB account every month and it seems like this has been happening since last year as that's how far back I could check, The reference displayed on the statement differs every month however the first digits are the same, The recent ref reflects as NUDEBT STUDCOL1128Q130930 and it shows Absa Bureau Services Code 3941.

Please can someone tell me what this is for URGENTLY because I have even checked my Trans-union credit report and there's no such account ON MY PROFILE.

I also want to know from when did you start debiting my account and how much did you so far.
