AWESOME Service at it's best!

I just want to say thank you to OUTsurance and their service provider, Rhoy Rheeder. You were a life saver last night! We woke up in the middle of the night from a roof panel which came loose because of the storm, and it was about to blow away. We tried to secure the roof, but we were unsucessful. I phoned the rescue department, and a very friendly and efficient Ivan assited me. He arranged for a builder to come out and assist us, in the early hours of the this morning. Ivan also followed up on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok and sorted. Hats off to OUTsurance and Clive from Rhoy Rheeder! You really delivered awesome service, and I can rest asure, because my insurance is with OUTsurance, and I know I can count on them in a case of emergency. Job well done guys, keep it up.
