Lack of integrity or just plain?

A few months ago I was told that my insurance policy had a clause in it that provided me with 6 months free insurance cover, following my retrenchment.

BUT I now discover that Amsure (underwritten by A&G) have deducted the full premium anyway!!!

This is unacceptable and I want all six premiums reversed IMMEDIATELY!

Kindly advise when my cover ends so that I can make alternative arrangements with another service provider?
