I emailed both satrix and Liberty life requesting that my tax certificate for 2012/2013 be emailed to me. I got a response from liberty that they will get back to me within 5 DAYS?!?!
Satrix emailed me my tax certificate the same day!!! FIVE DAYS is an UNACCEPTABLE time to wait for a simple tax certificate emailing Liberty Life!! Your competition is way ahead of you i.t.o. customer service!!!
