After account settled why am i on ITC

As if the hole issue with MFC selling my repo car valued at R380 000 on auction for R171 000 and keeping me liable for the balance was not enough..? Shortly after a settlement agreement was made to settle the amount agreed upon between MFC / nedbank and my attorney. This Written agreement was honored from my side and the amount paid. Could some one at MFC / Nedbank please explain why i am still on ITC for R 25 397-00 for this account??
