Star qualities come in daily activities that are done in an extraordinary way. I would like to commend Shanti Holmes as a gem who went the extra mile in assisting me set up an account of which I failed for 10 months as I was misinformed and given the run around. Shanti's empathy towards me even during my anger was remarkable and would like to commend her as she is a true asset within your organisation as she was instrumental in setting up the account. Thank you again Shanti you are true an amazing person living the values of drive, tenacity and urgency.
