Daylight robery

I rented a car from Budget car rental and money was deducted/ held back in my account. Each time I checked my balance the money was out. Upon return of the vehicle, wen my account nw has jst enough money to see me through the month Std bank then withdrew the money for the entire rental period! Its rediculous hw they're messing with people's lives bcoz nw they expect me to cover in access of R10000 for something I've already paid for. To make matters worse I'm nw unable to cover the remainder of my monthly cost coz they've taken the little money I had left. Wat should one do in this regard?
