Shocking discovery of two access

I cant believe i am ectually writting this, i havealways been so content and proud of my insurance company. I was supprised when i wanted to make a claim anbout my car i was told a very weired story that i must pay two access wneh i only had an accidant at the same time, same place. i hev never heard of two access and to my surprice when they told me about my access innitially when i joind they did not explain two acess. i have been an ambassoder of the company refering my client to tking price and as we speak i just currenltly refered my two coliques and they are active members. i doubt i wil continue to refere my clients to king price after i got such a shocking service. i still feel like i am dreaming n my bubbles has been bursted. but then i remeber my dad saying if something seems too goog to be true, indeed it is. i am so disappointed and i remeber i even got better quotes from other insurances but i declined it cos i was so content with King and i told them is not about the money but the service i get from king. But now i wash my hand and i know that they only treat you like a queen only when join and after that u r on yo own.
