DELAY IN SPECIAL CLEARENCE

Dear Sir/Madam

I always wanted to complain about this but i end up keeping quite. I have about 3 business account with FNB, my clients are normally payinh the services i render using cheque. All the time i experience problem in getting them to clear my cheque. A special clearenc that has to take 3 to 4 working day, it takes 7 days. I am not sure where the delay is in this case because, i am aware they work with Absa on that.

At times i loose some business because when i make special clearence i need money to carry on running my business a bit faster. My take on this is someone in the special clearence division is not doing their job.

Twice i deposited my cheques in Rustenburg, but it took them 2 days to clear my cheque, i was supprised because FNB Centurion take more than4 days to clear the cheque.

But still while i am experiencing this problems, i would like to thank the following people who have been of assistant to me all the time: Gladwell (Teller Coordinator) and Kedibone (Forex) FNB Centurion Branch.
