Do you really value your customers?!!

I had an accident with my car & I was advised by Outsurance to take it to Auto Bodyworks in Port Elizabeth to get the door fixed. It has been a month now and I haven't got my car back. The courtesy car they gave me is in a terrible condition, NEVER SERVICED! I had a tyre burst due to the atrocious state that the tyre was in and I even cut my hands because of the wires sticking out of it (I can send pics), they refused to give me free roadside assistance when I reported that the wheel was locked so I had to pay for it myself. I'm riding with no spare wheel even after I had reported the tyre burst to them. The brakes on this car even screech. Is this really the service that I am going to get when my car has to go in for bodyworks? I chose Outsurance because I thought I would be well taken care of in my time of need but little did I know that they associate themselves with such bad service and disregard for customer service. I hope that Outsurance will prove me wrong and do something about this.
