WESBANK SAYS MY CAR WAS REPOSSESSED, BUT IT NEVER

Due to a bad business decision, my husband and I were forced to go under debt review during 2008.
Since the start of the process the councelar battled to get Wesbank on board with the process.
We were both declared rehabilitated during 2012 and have a court order proving this.
We started to check on all my husband's credit records in order to have this rectified as a person under debt review is protected from being given negative credit record for the duration of his debt review.
All the vehicles my husband had financed through Wesbank are also paid in full and we have paid up letters in this regard.
My husband applied for finance for a motorbike during September and to our shock we were told that Wesbank has publicly listed us as having bad conduct on our account and that one of our vehicles have been repossessed!!!
Not one of our vehicles have ever been repossessed!!
An email, detailing all of the above, was sent to Wesbank.
We have enquired again into progress. We were informed by the salesperson again today that the status has not changed! Due to this we will not be able to apply for any vehicle financing as the other banks also reported on this matter. We want this resolved!
