I had dual insurance one of my vehicles. I requested a refund of contributions from the MI-WAY insurance. I dealt with a call centre consultant who never got back to me. I emailed Lemmy whom I have previously dealt with. The refund was effected within a day. This is what I call exceptional client service. Lemmy always responds to queries timeously and is always willing to go an extra mile in resolving queries. Thanks Lemmy
