Asked for statements for account no60397028107 me Msizi id 240918 5141 083 Although account might have been closed, another account was active even though account holder passed away a year earlier. why was there no action by the bank to freeze the account As main beneficiary i would like to know what happened to the proceeds of my father's late estate Standard bank did provide their statements but FNB flatly refuses to do likewise. Why different response by same players of the banking industry. Please investigate.
