TAKE MONEY FOR "SERVICE" WITHOUT CONSENT/KNOWLEDGE

I Firstly want to warn anyone interested in applying for a loan - it isn't free when you instantly get subscribed to a (R350) service you wouldn't need for 2years. Then I would like to find out how Loan finder can debit (only now) R350 from my Bank acc - gaining access to my acc nr. because I applied for a loan WEEKS ago already - which was declined because they don't assist people in the mining industry as the lady said over the phone, now I'm being told the R350 is for a 2year service they offer to help me Find loans. I'm getting married in a month - I don't need a 2 years (pointless - to me) service - that I did not agree to or was informed of, and I really wouldn't want that on my credit record! And if I had R350 to pay for services that I can't use in any way, I suppose I wouldn't need a loan. I Really just want my money refunded, and in no way will make use of or recommend this credit provider to anyone. The money you took from me, without my consent - was suppose to contribute to my wedding, the reason I applied for the loan for in the first place, I was never informed of this "Service" that I would be instantly subscribed to and I also didn't receive your invisible emails.
