I have never in my life had so much problems with regards to insurance ever (Transparency) :
1) Communication is a problem with regards to understanding me as a client
2) Victimization
3) Bad service
4) Turn Around time is pathetic
5) Disorganization
6) No transparency
My policy gets cancelled from their side and im the one running around trying to figure out why? It's okay as long as I pay my insurance there are no complaints and everyone stays happy but as soon and I need clarity as to what is going on with regards to my policy nobody can give me written conclusive answers. Telephonically I am meant to get a Ref number there are no such things in order for me to keep a track of who I spoke to and when, the guy I spoke to couldn't wait to get off the phone with me and was very unhelpful the girl I spoke to was arrogant and rude she also couldn't wait to get off the phone either busy screaming to a colleague on the other end while with me on the phone client service needs a lot of work. It's up to me to do their work for them it's really shameful. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an answer and still I can't get a simple letter or any documentation sent to me.
