I had a call from an insurer offering to better my cover and premium. I contacted Outsurance to have my policy schedule sent to me and I mentioned it was because I wanted to review my premium. After really efficient service from Greg the call centre agent he connected me to Candice Leyds who was wonderful in her approach and attitude. It is sad that we cannot have her sort of standard as a norm. Consumers would take a lot if they were always afforded this type of treatment.
