U COUNT CARD STILL NOT RECEIVED

Standard Bank launchers this new product U SAVE, while I usually don't always take these offers but I thought R20 per mth and you get rewards something nice to have to get money back, I applied on the 22 June, so did my husband and mother, we are earning points but have not received our cards, I have called 5 times every time I get a reference, I even went into the bank, and once again got a reference number, all the keep telling me the card was dispatched, they have all the details when I called, SURELY IF I AM STILL CALLING I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD, they keep telling they can't pick up my address, so tell me with tears in eyes how can I get my standard bank statements at the same address. They refused to put me through to a manager, so I left a message, I am sill waiting for my call it has been a week now, they want to me to supply another address I told them I don't have another address I suggested they send it to my branch they told me NO.

So why am I paying for a service and earning points when I can't spend them, Mmmm I wonder id this is just a scheme to take our money, for nothing.

I am tired of phoning and not getting any joy,
