FNB - what a joke

My mother an 85 year old is sent an SMS from FNB to re FICA - no follow up letter. Then thye freeze her account. Imagine having to take a 85 year old using a walker into the Bank on a Saturday morning at the end of the Month! Well I had to as I work all week. Then we are told to queue for the Sales / Services agent. We were there for over an hour before we were helped. FNB I do not think very much of your service. Luckily I do not bank with you. Just remember that my mother and father have both banked with you for over 60 years and this is the service they get...
