Still owing even after i paid them

Good day.

Wonga collected their repayment from my bank account HOWEVER they still show my account as OWING.
after numerous e-mails to them to update my account, to this point - nothing has been done.

Their call centre staff is pathetic to say the least.

Can someone please attend to this urgently.
