Phoned through today, with the hopes of A&G reviewing my Policy Installment. I got put through to Brent, who, after greeting me in a very cheerfull and proffesional manner (Putting me right at ease), explained to me in much detail (You guys sure take your training and customer care seriously), why my premium was increased. Never before have I spoken to ANY service provider like Brent before! Proffesional, friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, accomodating. Suffice to say, my installment was cut by some Rands, and I am a happy client! To Brent, thank you for turning an otherwise gloomy friday, into a stunning day!
