Not removing me at my request

28 August I mailed Debtbusters to remove me from their program. I had voluntarily gone on the program a year ago but do not need to be on it now. I am also applying for a bond which I cannot do while still under revue. They have given me a complete run around, giving a whole variety of excuses as to why I have not been removed. They are SEVERELY IMPEDING my progress and I am not happy at all! Please can someone contact me to resolve this asap as it has been well over the 14-21 days you say it will take to get my 17.4 form
