Hi

on the 20Sep digital planet delivered the phone I ordered from fnb... but i found out the phone doesn't vibrate... from the 22nd ive been communicating with Mapule from fnb and Mesuli from digital planet but no luck... even reseted the phone with Mesuli but still the same... then on the 25th mesuli gave me #0860726786 and said I must call them so that they can pick up the phone... called this number this morning but they telling me they dont do house calls bi must bring the phone to Roordepoort... please help
