I would firstly like to thank Shaune Erasmus, for his impeccable service!
I was always intrigued by the level of professionalism I received when I first joined the King Price team.
From the offset, i have experienced only the best level of service across the board. Upon calling in to determine whether I would stay with King Price, now that I had purchased my new vehicle, not only did Shaune provide me with excellent service, but reassured me that King Price is still the BEST insurance company to be with. All my requests were met, all my needs were met with regards to premium restructure against new vehicle, and he took the time to give me ALL the best options and allowed me to choose what would suit me best.By far one of the most thorough and professional gentlemen, I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only am I staying with King Price, but have told my family that they would be silly to have a group portfolio elsewhere and should SERIOUSLY consider the move over to King Price.
