Appalling Service - NOT IMPRESSED!!

I applied for a cheque account about 4 months ago and since then I have ONLY been receiving shocking service from FNB!! It took 3 and a half months for me to receive my bank account number after numorous phone calls and store visits - the number was not even given to me the day I went in to receive my card. When I went in I asked them to activate my internet banking I was advised that it was done when in fact it was NOT. I struggled for ANOTHER 2 months to try and get that activated, this is after going in store 3 times, uncountable phone calls, reporting it to the complaints department AND even speaking to a manager. The reason I opened the FNB account was to swop from service I was receiving at Absa but I must say FNB definitely takes the cake!! I am not at all happy with the service I have been receiving from FNB and am even concidering closing the account I have not even used yet due to me NOT having my account number!! This is digusting service FNB sis on you!!!
