Trace Alert

I informed DMC that I am still in dispute with Cellc about the account handed over as Cellc owes me a refund as well to my contract I held back in 2006. I don't understand why DMC has put a trace alert at the credit bureau. I visited their offices in person in East London but they could not help as their system was down. I was then given a number to call which I did then I asked them to email the statement. They know where I am so they must please remove my name.
